Cooperative Services

Integrated support programs built for member stability, growth, and long-term opportunity.

Savings and Deposits

Member savings plans feature transparent interest rates and structured wealth-building support.

Affordable Loan Products

Education, livelihood, housing, emergency, and micro-enterprise financing with a standard interest rate of 8% per annum. The minimum repayment period is 1 year (12 months), and the maximum is 5 years (60 months). All loans are covered by Loan Payment Protection Insurance (LPPI) with the Cooperative Insurance System of the Philippines (1CISP) as the service provider. For the co-borrowers and member’s family, it ensures that if the borrower dies or becomes permanently disabled before paying off their debt, the remaining loan balance is settled by 1CISP, relieving the co-borrowers and surviving dependents of financial liability. For the cooperative, this protects its loan portfolio against default due to unforeseen member loss or disability, preserving capital stability.

Food Hub/Business Center

A selection of food stalls and a canteen operate at the Food Hub, where traditional home-cooked meals are presented in heated warmers or glass displays. These providers prioritize affordability, efficiency, and substantial, energy-sustaining options tailored for the workforce and the visiting public of the PSA. Access essential goods at member-friendly prices with rebate opportunities.

Agricultural and Input Support

PSA personnel place orders in advance at a monthly farmers' market. The cooperative consolidates these purchase orders and transmits them to a farmers' cooperative, ensuring the goods are ready for distribution during the market held on the last Thursday of each month at the business center.

Allied Services

Complimentary to the services provided by the PSA and for the convenience of the transacting public, PSAMPC is providing printing, photocopying, charging station, and payment kiosk services.

Member Welfare

A financial support program for members facing unexpected health issues, helping to cover medical expenses during hospital stays.

Education, Training, and Information

Continuous conduct of seminars, training, and study tours to thriving cooperatives for officers and members to deepen their knowledge of cooperatives and serve the organization better.  Printing a quarterly newsletter to keep the members abreast of the latest trends and developments of PSAMPC.
